All Phase Electric has been in business since 1988, and was just acquired by Ace Hardware in early August. Chris Caniglia, Founder and GM of the business said a core part of the company's success comes from their choice of employees.

"We have grown through referral business and the ability to hire great team members that are caring and knowledgeable," Caniglia told North Delco News. The industry requires well educated people that can adapt and grow with the ever expanding technology in the electrical field."

Caniglia founded All Phase Electric Co. in 1988 and, shortly thereafter, brought on their first electrician, Lou Staino, who remains an integral contributor to the company's achievements to this day. Initially, the company operated as a subcontractor for a select group of reputable electrical contractors, who they had strong and established connections with. Their solid reputation in the field led to favorable referrals, and as a result, the company started on a path of steady growth. The company offers both residential and commercial contracting services.

All Phase is recognized for its genuine commitment to both the quality of their work and the individuals they serve, Caniglia said. The company is presently engaged with multiple generations from the same families, fostering enduring relationships that have spanned decades.

The areas where All Phase has done the most work includes Delaware County, Chester County, Main Line, Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and Bucks County.

In August of 2023, All Phase Electric was acquired by Ace Hardware. Caniglia mentioned that their new partnership with Ace Hardware further reinforces the reputation they've dedicated years to building and upholding. They'll remain the same dedicated team, now with a strengthened foundation and enhanced resources, ready to better serve their customers and provide long-term opportunities for their employees in the years ahead. Joining the Ace Hardware Company will catapult All Phase Electric Co even deeper into the residential electrical services market, leveraging their already outstanding reputation in the field.
