ZUMBA GOLD CLASS AT MEDIA COMMUNITY CENTER
Zumba Gold classes are now offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Media Community Center. Cost is $5.00 per class and no need to pre register. Just show up for some exercise at your own pace and join the fun!
Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
You must sign a waiver each year to participate in classes hosted by the Media Borough Recreation Department. You may sign the waiver electronically HERE or print, sign and bring the paper copy with you to class (see link to paper copy below).
