Academy-Notre Dame De Namur recently issued the following announcement.
Lindsay McBride '23 was recently announced by Future Engineers as one of 45 winners in the Power to Explore Student Challenge! In this national competition, contestants were challenged to explore how NASA has powered some of its missions across the solar system while sharing their own unique “super” powers.
The competition asked students to learn about Radioisotope Power Systems, write about an inspiring aspect of this power system, and then about how they will use their superpower to achieve their own goals
McBride's essay, "From the Moon to the Molecular Biology Lab: the Power of RPS", talks about how her strong work ethic is her superpower.
