Hybrid Form-Based Code Public Workshop 1: October 27th

You’re invited to our first in-person public workshop for the development of the Borough of Media Hybrid Form-Based Code on Wednesday, October 27th at Borough Hall (301 N. Jackson Street, Outdoor patio space).
Join us in this important step to achieving the Borough’s vision set in the Comprehensive plan to maintain and enhance Media Borough as a sustainable, economically vital, diverse, and culturally rich community. Zoning impacts how land can be developed, from economic development to housing availability and transportation access.
During the in-person Workshop, participants will partake in a photo preference activity and discussion. Residents, business owners, and stakeholders will determine the physical community elements that contribute to or detract from Media Borough’s character. The feedback obtained at this workshop will directly assist with the creation of a new hybrid form-based code for the Media Borough.
Those interested in participating should pre-register for one of the following time slots. The same materials presented will be presented at both times:
